Francesco Costanzo

Mr. Costanzo, President SPI Europe, has over 40 years’ experience in design, development, implementation, testing and management of spacecraft and launch vehicle systems as well as extensive line and program management experience. He has a broad and varied international career in European and American space industries. Over the course of his career, Mr. Costanzo, interacted at various technical and management levels with industry and government organizations.

 

His career includes working as a Satellite program manager for scientific, commercial GEO and NGSO satellites. He also has extensive experience in launch vehicle mission integration: interfaces definition, mission analyses, launch site operations; he has been working on field monitoring: technical and programmatic oversight of major contracts (S/C level, bus and payload components).

 

Mr. Costanzo worked in different capacities for several space companies, including: Orbital Sciences, Intelsat, CTA, Fairchild, Arianespace, European Space Agency.
