Business Risk Management is the continuation of Program Management by other means.  Managing risks through financial vehicles in the most cost effective way is a science.

From pre-launch to end-of-life on-orbit, we assess space-related risks in terms of frequency and severity of impact to your company.  We break down risks in phases across the entire mission lifecycle, quantify potential financial losses resulting from potential anomalies and program schedule delays.  This assessment allows to assign a probalistic result using our proprietary modeling tools that draws from years of space data. the conclusion of which helps us determine best-path decisions. We then develop and recommend risk mitigation strategies (technical, financial, insurance, contractual, etc.), based on a rigorous trade-off analysis for each aspect of the program. 

 

Through this evaluation, our team of experts looks to space insurance only to cover those risks that cannot be addressed by risk avoidance and mitigation strategies, whether technical, legal or financial.  We work closely with your brokers to develop appropriate policy designs, and walk with you through the placement process. We will be by your side in case of claims and help you negotiate the best settlement possible.
